Race to save #Florida’s #coralreef from hot #ocean waters
#Coral reef nurseries are being moved to deeper waters—or back into giant tanks on land.
Volunteers at Keys Marine Laboratory and at other labs across Florida will hand-feed the tiny creatures to keep them alive until the Florida waters cool again and they can be returned to the ocean and eventually transplanted onto the reef. Normally, #ICARE divers would be transplanting #corals to #FloridaKeys this time of year
