Going forward, #DeepLabCut updates will come via medium (and GitHub of course), but not the bird. This is sad, as the science Twitter community, I believe, was so important in getting out the word early on our very first code release and paper. But, it’s not okay anymore …
To get the latest updates on our code releases going forward, please see our medium blog http://www.deeplabcut.medium.com and all resources linked on our homepage: http://DeepLabCut.org - take care #deeplabcutters
@TrackingActions I am sure we can make this an even better space.
Sad, but keen to see a new home being built in other places!
Also headsup:
Medium link's broken - an extra www in URL ("http://www.deeplabcut.medium.com/")
@marcolin ah! So sorry: https://deeplabcut.medium.com/
@TrackingActions I think @irenes said it best: "it's been beautiful. many things in this world are beautiful precisely because they are impermanent, and Twitter has been one of them."
towards using what we have to build a better world
@TrackingActions Sad indeed but the right choice. We shall return when sanity is restored.
