I am running Fedora SilverBlue for the first time on a new machine I was gifted! So far, I like it, but I ran into a snag with USB permissions.

I entered toolbox and installed SDR++ in order to use my RTL-SDR, but I can't seem to access the device at all, even though I can see it was detected and initialized by the kernel.

I'm seeing messages about installing the "rtl-sdr.rules" udev rules, which I did, but it still complains about them missing. Anyone have any ideas?
