Lazyweb, what are the keywords/where do you shop to get sofas that aren't the modern "upholstery & cushions are attached and unwashable" garbage model but purely wood frames with removable, washable, replaceable cushions? Not futons but aesthetic legs, armrests, etc?
@dalias Do you mean just removeable cushions or literally everything?
My current couch has the back panels and upholstery permanently attached, but the seat cushions can be removed and cleaned/replaced. I don't think I've ever seen a couch built any other way.
@azonenberg I'm looking for everything, but even cushions being removable is rare nowadays. Saving $3 on fabric to make disposable shit and sell it for $800+.
@azonenberg This is close to the kinda thing I'm looking for. But probably with soft armrests connected to frame with ties and less of just a blocky futon like shape. Random image search result.

@alanb Yeah, not the style. I like the aesthetic of wood and the lack of upholstered kitty-enticement surfaces.
