Yes Eddie, but it's got to be challenging enough that not RTFM has a good chance of killing enough folks to be useful.
We do have Pilot Operating Handbooks in aircraft that are *excellent* at this. Fuel systems and complex avionics are great killers of pilots who don't RTFM/UTFM (including for the exact variant/model flown).
Sigh, then stupid Boeing fucks up the whole system by building *undocumented* things that kill people.
We need to kill more than just pilots.
