Is anyone else seeing issues with @signalapp taking hours to literally days to deliver messages? It's bad enough that it's effectively a DoS

@signalapp finally figured this out (partly). uses and for some reason Fastly likes to reset connections with my network, and Signal doesn't try very hard to defeat the DoS
