Anyone got an API endpoint of the "most blocked instances" handy? I wanna add it to the initialization flow for the #DistributedPress #SocialInbox

Ideally it'd be nice to say "Here's the top 100 most hated instances so you can preemptively block them if you'd like". It's not perfect but I think this would make it easier for small publishers to get started.

@j3j5 Yeah defs a fan of this project and into integrating at some point. For the moment I'd like to reduce the overall size of the blocklist and focus on something with a bit less nuance like "the top most blocked instances" since it's easier to grock without nuance IMO.

Ideally instance operators would then add / remove more allowed/blocked instances from there.

Ubiqueros: A PV JointRo (@Are0h)I just pushed a significant [update](https://tweaking.thebad.space/about#how) for #TheBadSpace After having several conversations about how data is collected, I decided to create a mechanism that allows the bad space to talk directly to servers to poll their blocklists to create the directory that can be searched. Of course, this involved reaching out to every Trusted Source to get permission to use their data this way, which was very graciously given. Currently, the site talks directly to trusted sources that have committed to moderating against hate and abusive behavior and, moving forward, will update from these sources. A HUGE thank you to the fedi council group who made this transition painless and recommended instances that should be a part of this new direction. I am very excited about this because it represents one of the most significant collaborations around safety that the fedi has ever seen. And it's just getting started. This is an exciting fucking time...

@j3j5 very much so 🥰 We'll be doing some more work on our moderation system in thr next quarter so it'll be useful to see where we can align
