Mildly upset with #OVH
I pushed some data to their Cold Archive service, which is backed by tape-based long term storage.
I was unable to push the Standard S3 archive data to the actual Cold Archive, due to some kind of error on their backend.
I was then charged for the data sitting in standard archive, while I waited about 5 days for a proper response to my service ticket allowing me to resolve the issues and allow the data to go to Cold Archive.
Guess I need business level support...
It's more like... they pushed Cold Archive out of Beta a while ago, and surely someone putting 5TB ish of data shouldn't cause an issue...
Their Tier 1 techs threw me in a loop of documentation which was totally irrelevant... frustrating.
