@philn the main issue is a very classic big corporate thing, samsung would just never commit to it properly

i used to work on the team that did a lot of underlying stuff that would then feed into tizen, and i always felt like the company wasn't doing nearly enough to make it successful, our work never really got the recognition it needed either

more devices (and not just in asia and not just lowend), more ecosystem support, or it's hopeless
