That work affords me financial capacity to do the #CareWork that I feel is much more important than any of the #SoftwareEngineering contributions I make to the world. I am still working on making the care work paid so I can do less coding. It's the kind of skill you have to practise, and hard to find someone to pay you to do that.

I have realised through experiencing the incompetence of one community mgr in particular that I am already much more qualified than some professionals.
