I got into #instantfilm this year. Instax and Polaroid. I sometimes go to the SF instant film walk (last Sunday of every month) and it's always a fun way to get cute photos of yourself taken by other people with other cameras
Like the last photo shows, you take pics of stuff or people at the photo walk and leave it on the table and exchange photos. I always feel for the people shooting pack film coz i'm like.. that's 5 bucks per pic?!
@skinnylatte I'm trying to avoid getting into every trend I see covered in "The Verge" (I've already started collecting music releases on floppy disk) but I've enjoyed enough photography from instant cameras and/or really old digital ones that I think my interest goes deeper than that. I may have to try it out!
@reillypascal get a camera from drsx70 on instagram, much better than buying a random old polaroid from ebay

i'm getting a sx70 coz i want a pocket sized polaroid camera that has a sharp lens

@reillypascal oh yeah getting a good refurb is so important. I don’t have time to tinker with the ones of varying quality, and getting a bad one makes me not want to use it
