One of my teams is gearing up for a production release after a bit of a backlog of “completed” features have accrued. We’ve been working through various tests and strategies to de-risk this deployment, but oh boy do I regret us ending up in this position. It’s going to be a fun couple of days, but at least we’ve already developed some strategies to avoid this in the future
