Things to keep me afloat: Wuyi Origin’s Fan Shu Xiang (sweet potato scent) oolong.
As a Chaozhou person I have a deeply held preference for Chaozhou style oolongs and this (and other dancongs and ya shi) are my faves. Can I have many faves?

@skinnylatte That sounds wonderful. One of these days I may just become a tea guy.
@crenfrow yes! if you get good tea, it's a world apart from grocery store tea! as a former whisky nerd who no longer drinks, it's just as interesting and deep
@skinnylatte I believe it!
@crenfrow this vendor is especially good. they ship from china, so takes a while but is super worth it
@skinnylatte You can have as many faves as you like
@skinnylatte @tea yes! My favorites are sweet shou and aged shoumei and fruity or floral black teas and spicy chais. I cannot pick more narrowly ^_^
@skinnylatte @tea oh and bai hao
@skinnylatte thanks for the recommendation, I'm always on the lookout for new vendors and teas to try!
I don't think I could narrow it down to a single tea either if someone asked me what my favourite was.
@skinnylatte omg! a sweet potato scented oolong tea? sounds heavenly, now I have a side quest and the reward is giving the gift of delicious tea to ppl I care about
thakns for the idea
@skinnylatte
Enjoy your tea

Best wishes from Berlin.
@skinnylatte does it literally have sweet potato in it adding scent? Or does it just smell a bit like it?
(I’ll tryanything (veg) at least once)
@lkanies it doesn't have sweet potato in it, it just smells like it!
@skinnylatte ah, interesting
