I'm sorry what as an Israeli it has never been a problem, put rice on boiling water (taste is affected by container) with five cups of water per cup of rice and let it wait for 30m how is cooking rice consistently a problem?
Is this some kind of rice species thing, or is it that Israelis use timers better, or what? I seriously can't figure out how cooling rice consistently is an issue
