One of my favorite pasta is the Thai take on spaghetti e aglio olio. It’s basically the same dish by with like 10x the amount of peppers, specifically Birds Eye chillies. It’s my comfort food.
Rise & Set, a new Thai brunch spot on Polk st in SF, has it! It’s called dry chilli pasta. It’s so good (I had to ask them to make it Thailand style spicy tho)
I mean I can make it but.. I also love going somewhere when I’m sad and having that dish and feeling better
