InstaVolt extends off-peak charging hours from 20:00-07:00. This makes a lot of sense for them: I've already invested the capital in the chargers and back-end systems, this should keep the chargers busy during quiet times and if it causes some people to reschedule their charging -that provides more capacity at peak times.
