It should be taught like creative writing is taught by Brandon Sanderson. And pitched like the Masterclass(es) from the famous writers.

It’s much more fun to think about programming languages as world building and magic systems.

Writing a story (code) in that world means you have to adhere to the rules imposed by the magic system and physics of the world.
