Gosh, I love wasting time and money thanks to bad customer service advice from — my stove extractor fan isn't working & is covered by warranty. Was told to bring it in and they'd send it for service. Turns out they don't offer that service, and instead I need to deal with AEG or Electrolux directly instead.

Only costs €20 each way in a taxi from my place to MediaMarkt to bring it in 🤬
