@agocs the problem is a distinct lack of connection.
The problem is I did not notice the wire until after the too many hours of politely plugging and unplugging the ONT power source and taking pictures for the nice fillipina CSR who put me on hold repeatedly to forward the pictures to the dispatcher who works in one of three buildings two of which I can walk to and one of which I could bike to if my bike was assembled.
OH and tomorrow I need to go into THE OFFICE I just remembered.
