Mike Bowler<p>If your team rotates facilitators for their standups then ensure that the facilitator for a given day, knows that they will be doing that ahead of time. I&#39;ve seen many teams who wait until they arrive in standup before deciding who will facilitate that day and that can cause significant, and completely unnecessary, anxiety in team members.</p><p>You can have a list of facilitators and rotate through them or you can simply ask at the end of today&#39;s standup who can facilitate tomorrow.
