Steven Kennard<p>Friston and the Barbies</p><p>On our little farm in the <a href="https://halifaxsocial.ca/tags/Dordogne" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Dordogne</span></a> , <a href="https://halifaxsocial.ca/tags/France" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>France</span></a>, we had lots of rare breeds of chickens including these lovely little Barbu D'Anvers, a Belgian bantam breed, full of personality. We called the two original hens the Barbies and the rooster was called Ken.
