Here's the source for Lions Will Eat. Requires the Mastodon Lib and, I personally just shoved the secrets right into my crontab.

Ostensibly there's a bug because it did post a duplicate. No bounty, but hey if you see it let me know ;3

git.polite.cafe/ado/lionseat/s

Right now the bot goes down because the host does not wake when my VM's cron kicks. Gotta fix that later too :P

Edit: I spotted the bug, did you? None of the code is wrong, but the idea is incomplete. Will fix.

Y'all, I built @fightlike—a Mastodon bot that recommends fighting game characters similar to your main.

I wrote about it: mohab.xyz/blog/fightlike_file.

Currently, it covers +200 characters from a dozen different games—including Street Fighter 6, Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, and Guilty Gear -STRIVE-

The web portal links to the source code, an automatically updating dump of the entire database, and a form to anonymously submit missing characters:

Okay so if you couldn't tell by the spam of #MagicTheGathering cards on your timelines this morning, the #MastodonBot that I created pulls a random card from @scryfall, tags it all up with the correct alt text and hashtags, then posts it. It's open source and will hopefully be worked on so you can ask it for prices, images, rulings, and more of specific cards soon.
