Nunca Más, CONADEP’s (The National Commission on Disappeared People) report of their findings from their project to document what happened to the disappeared in Argentina from 1976 to 1983, begins with a historical contextualization of how the military junta came to power, by Nick Caistor from the Index on Censorship.
Like any historian of the Dirty War, Caistor begins with the return from exile of Juan Domingo Perón, who returned to Argentina on the 20th of June 1973. His party had just won the election with 62% of the vote, and Hector Cámpara, who had run, stepped aside for Perón to return as president.
From the start there were problems. Peronists gathered at the airport to welcome Perón back to Argentina, but there were two factions that had won Perón the election (both considered themselves Peronists), and they were not ideologically aligned.
On one side were the Montenegro’s, a left-wing revolutionary group. On the other side were the right wing labor bosses. Fighting broke out at the airport, and what seemed to be a celebratory moment ended with 25 dead and many more wounded.
It’s a sadly befitting beginning for the era that would follow.

2964 Bought a #lamy #notebook yesterday, because I finally found one on sale (10 instead of 20€ for the A5 hardcover).
But I’m mostly pissed after the first use today. #fountainpen ink instantly feathers and starts to bleed thru! I only got black in medium & dry nib, so I didn’t even gave it a challenge! It’s like writing on a newspaper and not a notebook from manufacturer that is known for their FOUNTAIN PENS and INKS.
No page numbers, coloured edge blocks Japanese index style.
What a fail.

主要是幾個不同的原因組合起來... 當年 (2016？) 去日本的時候買了一台 Panasonic 的 CF-RZ6DDFPR，這台當年主打超輕的日式工作筆電 (像是有 VGA port 與 Ethernet port 的設計)，但後來發現日文鍵盤還是用不習慣，就放著沒繼續用了，最近整理發現好像可以拿來丟到弱電的櫃子裡面當小 server 用，這個算是第一個原因。 再來是看到有人提到 Debian 這幾年套件的可用性比起以前萬年 stable 好不少，另外一方面也有 testing 可以用，甚至是 unstable & experimental，對於想要閃開 Ubuntu 各種奇怪的東西會是個還不錯的選擇 (像是各種透過 Snap 強姦使用者的行為)。 前陣子先弄了一台 VPS 跑 Debian 熟悉操作環境，測了一些東西感覺還不錯，就…

Bad times need #beauty and #colours. I started a notebook only for doodling because #meditation is too boring for me. 
It helps me to calm down after reading the news, to shift my perspective.
Against the #instagramization: I use a notebook for 2.99 E and cheap ink pens for children. You don't need brands or much money to be creative!
Added a #notebook just for my #Japanese lessons and took out the card holder.
