A gentleman who imports shoes manufactured there said he was expecting his usual cost of #60,000 for the current shipment when Trump dropped the 100%+ tariff on China.
His bill went to $1 million. He cancelled the shipment as there is no way he could pay it. If he did, what would those shoes have to cost?

I popped into Dollar Tree this morning to pick up some pencils and a notebook. As I looked around the gaudy toys and shoddy household goods, I wondered if the tariffs would mean trouble for Dollar Tree.
