Budanov claims their #USV used Sidewinders rather than R-73 for that Su-30. HUD was notably different from the one see previously engaging Mi-8s.

Also claims a second aircraft downed, which doesn't seem to be mentioned by Russian channels which openly reported the first 🤨
Zelensky also claimed a second aircraft "destroyed" but didn't specify whether in the air or on the ground

Hat jemand Tipps für eine gute, preisgünstige #PowerStation / #PowerBank die ich mit relativ "viel" Solar füttern kann?

Anforderungen:
- 2x440W Panels anstecken zum Laden
- KEIN Einspeisen ins Hausnetz
- Laden aus dem Hausnetz wenn "leer" wäre aber schön, idealenfalls dauerhaft angesteckt lassen, Verbraucher immer dran und NUR wenn Akku leer oder ich das ausdrücklich anfordere, wird Strom vom Netz bezogen
- Kapazität muss nicht irre groß sein - ziemlich alles was mit 800+W Input Sinn macht und verkauft wird, reicht mir vmtl. aus.

So als Art inverse #USV halt… Panels ran, Verbraucher ran und solange möglich aus Solar betreiben und wenn nicht möglich, dann möglichst aufwandsarm für mich

@giggls @ulrichkelber Deren Volumen- und Gewichtseffizienz ist signifikant schlechter als #LiFePO4 und daher eignen die sich nur für großvolumige #USV|s.

Remarkable collection of #Ukraine HUR FPV strikes on air defense and other hardware in occupied Crimea. Suggested but not confirmed these were launched from #USV. Timeframe unclear, but HUR statement of "several days" suggests it isn't a highlight compilation covering a long period

As predicted* #USV's acting as a mothership for FPVs again. Attacking near shore SAM sites seems like it could be a very nice force multiplier for larger UAV / cruise missile strikes. Also raises the possibility of re-using the relatively expensive USV for multiple sorties, especially for cases like this where the targets are fairly close to Ukrainian controlled territory
