Part of my 1960s viewing collection, Blind Corner was released in 1963. A British crime film it starred William Sylvester (Danger Man, Ghost Squad, The Prisoner), Barbara Shelley (the first leading lady of British horror), Elizabeth Shepherd (briefly Emma Peel), and Alexander Davion (Gideon’s Way). The film’s tag line - She loved one man for kicks, one man for luxury, one man for murder.

What IP - game, book, comic, stageshow, whatever - that hasn’t been adapted to film or TV should be, or any that were done but deserve a better attempt?

My go to choice here is The Sword of Truth books by Terry Goodkind, which deserve a much better attempt than Legend of the Seeker (which wasn’t terrible, but was a far cry from the books)

I just watched this for the 1st time since I saw it on TV in grade school. Rabbit ears, I was the controller, commercial filled, no cable, while my babysitters Mom was drinking a Tab and smoking Virginia Slims.

Why is Support Your Local Sheriff like so heckin' funny tho?

It came out in 1969 and yah kinda think it might be like Blazing Saddles and like edgey kinda racist jokey shit.

But it is really fucking good. Watch it on Prime.
