hormar<p>Banana Blackberry Oatmeal Muffins</p><p>Ingredients<br> 2 medium ripe bananas mashed (about a cup)<br> 1 ½ cup rolled oats I have used whole grain rolled oats<br> 1 cup all-purpose flour + 2 tablespoons<br> ⅓ cup brown sugar packed<br> ⅓ cup granulated white sugar<br> 1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon<br> 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder<br> ½ teaspoon baking soda<br> ½ teaspoon salt<br> 2 medium eggs at room temperature<br> ⅓ cup oil any flavorless oil<br> ½ cup milk I have used whole milk<br> 1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br> 1 cup fresh blackberries cut into halved</p><p>Instructions<br> </p><p> Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and set it aside.<br> In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Set aside.<br> In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, 1 cup of flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.<br> In another bowl, beat the eggs using a whisk until just mixed.
