Tam znajdziecie więcej informacji na temat sprawy pana Krzysztofa i Ryszarda Brejzy.</p><p>Panowie Maciej Wąsik i Mariusz Kamiński nie stawili się po raz drugi na wezwanie Komisji ds. Pegasusa w związku z czym komisja wystąpiła do Sądu Okręgowego w Warszawie z wnioskiem o nałożenie kary finansowej w wysokości 3 tysięcy złotych dla każdego z panów. Czy pracował pan na takich danych i zapoznawał się z nimi?</p><p>Michał Kierski: Tak panie pośle zapoznawałem się z tymi danymi natomiast chciałbym zastrzec, że ponieważ dotyczy to materii objętej śledztwem 3008-1.Ds9/2023 dotyczącym pana Krzysztofa Brejzy i pana Ryszarda Brejzy to to śledztwo nie zostało jeszcze prawomocnie zakończone [...], wobec tego odpowiedzi w tym zakresie szerszej udzielę panu posłowi na posiedzeniu zamkniętym</p><p>Przemysław Wipler: Kiedy dowiedział się pan o tym, że w sprawie afery fakturowej wykorzystano system Pegasus?</p><p>Michał Kierski: Z mediów panie pośle, nie powiem, kiedy [...]</p><p>1:20:40 - 1:21:13</p><p>Sławomir Ćwik: Chciałem się też dopytać.
