3/3 The extras are the same as on the dvd and blu-ray release. As far as can tell there are no new extras. That is a bit funny because here is a feature about remixing the sound, but they are talking about the mix done for the DVD, not the mix that is actually on the disc.

So it is not the best 4k-release ever but it is not bad at all and worth getting. Also the steelbook cover is really nice looking.

1/3 TL:DR is the 4k worth the upgrade?: Yes it is.
So I watched the new #Se7en 4k-uhd blu-ray yesterday. It is one of the few movies that I remember Ole Michelsen awarding 5 hats. (you have to have watched danish tv in the 90's to know what this means but it is extraordinarily high praise).

It looks very good. There is very fine grain in the picture. It is so fine that you can't se it with the naked eye in the darker scenes. Depending on your screen you may not see it at all.
