I refuse to let a tablesaw without sawstop technology in my workshop. Why should we not analyze our tools the same way?
@Di4na Ergonomics is how I like framing the conversation. A tool having fewer sharp edges is a good thing, and a tool which increases developer productivity is a good thing.
C is fun. There’s a certain challenge to it which makes it rewarding.
However, I’m glad people have been revisiting compiled langs to make them more ergonomic. I want to write a program and spend time doing a thing rather then spend time tweaking code to getting it working.
