International Women’s Day. A day to celebrate the resilience, intelligence, and sheer determination of women in STEM—despite overwhelmingly suboptimal working conditions (i.e., society).

To all the brilliant women in tech: Your contributions are not just noteworthy, they are statistically significant.

Here’s to the innovators, the problem-solvers, and the ones who optimize not just code, but entire industries. If it weren’t for you, progress would be stuck in an infinite loop of mediocrity.

I would say “keep breaking barriers,” but let’s be honest, many of you already rewrote the system architecture.

Now, be strong, keep the creativity, go forth and continue exceeding expectations.
