I'm not familiar with hostinger but if I understand what you are asking it should be possible. I've done something similar on Linode in the past.

I purchased/managed a domain name and generated subdomains for family/friends to use. They each got a user created in Linode so they could log in and create DNS records for their subdomain only, that way they could point it to whatever host was running their site.
