So the Federal judge that blocked Trump from slashing NIH funding, apparently the order is only applicable for the 22 Democratic states that sued so (for example) University of Alabama is not effected and their funding is theoretically cut.

While potentially insignificant in this case, one can see other actions where R states that refuse to file suit in Federal court basically lose out while D states that sue don't.

Wonder how this will go down in red states ... maybe they'll just take one for the fearless leader. #politics #fascism
