The zipper on Isaac Del Toro's skin suit broke and therefore, according to UCI rules, he was no longer allowed to win the race. He got fined and docked all UCI points for 'damage to the image of the sport' at Milano-Torino for crossing the line with his zipper down.

@cloudedjudge the UCI do more to "damage to the image of the sport" than any rider or team.
@cloudedjudge It has more to do with him not being able to display the sponsor's logo on his chest...
@kim_harding and therefore his team could be slightly pissed off and not pay him his bonus for winning the race, or send him to bed without dessert. No reason for the UCI to get involved.

Why are governing bodies of various sports consistently such horrible assholes and idiots? Biking, football, F1, tennis, golf, the goddamn Olympics, for fucks sake, all of the governing bodies are straight garbage.
