I am at a loss of words. I also owe sincere apologies to everyone flagging issues with FOSDEM over the years, whose concerns I often somewhat minimized. I am sorry, you were all right and I was wrong.
FOSDEM is now explicitly platforming AI/blockchain bro fascists.

@rysiek They claim his talk is not related to his sponsorship, which I don’t think makes it better.
@david_chisnall @rysiek This is such clownery. If you accept sponsorships, sponsoring parties and their affiliates and representatives need to be completely excluded from keynotes and acceptance of any talks they want to give need to be above-upstanding in demonstrating qualifications and that they're not shit like product pitches. Or else they need to be clearly labeled as "sponsor ad" talks so everyone knows to avoid and distrust them.
