DuckDuckFedi, just out of interest, do you have any favourite food writers, culinary accounts or relevant hashtags on on here?
@pickyglutton has been doing their thing, and I follow a few vegan accounts that talk about food, but as far as I've seen, they're right about foodies being thin pickings around these parts.
(But my eating habits mean that I probably don't explore as widely as some of you.)

In a break with tradition, there won’t be a 2023 list of my favourite food writing of the year. After reducing my birdsite usage, reading widely and regularly has become harder. And Mastodon is no substitute in this regard, I'm afraid.
