When I was at school in the 60's I remember a schoolmate saying every advert was an advert for capitism. I thought at the time yeh, that's pretty much right... And still do.

People need to eat. Different people find that eating at different times of day works best for them. There’s nothing special about breakfast whatsoever. Complete fabrication.
