Ok so using Toolbx (no typo) i can launch an app directly from the terminal (without having to enter the container) by using 'toolbox run', which i have now aliased to 'trun'. This saves a bit of time (assuming i only have one container).

I used to use Distrobox but i am trying to layer as few things as possible now i reswitched back to Atomic from Workstation.
