Time for an #introduction post.
I'm Mihai, an engineer currently based in Cupertino, California. I started out doing (classic) Mac shareware in my teenage years, branching out into web (and later mobile) development, though I try not to be too focused on a single platform or layer.
I've worked at Google (on AdWords, Reader and Chrome), Quip/Salesforce/Slack (it's complicated), Tailscale, and nowadays I'm at Sierra.
I enjoy tool-making and history (of computing and otherwise).

and I have been blocked from the Infinite Mac repo due to making out of scope issues. Please do not ignore this post, or else I will continue trying to contact you for a reply, if you don’t want to unblock me, reply to the post.
@mihaip I have searched for issues, both open and closed before posting the issues. There was no warning stating a block of any kind. Please put a paragraph in the contributing document stating what is out of the scope of the project, because there is support for NextSTEP, the Apple LISA, and A/UX proposed, so I thought the Apple I, II, IIGS, and III were in scope as well.
@mihaip I didn’t see the plans for supporting audio CDs already because I just searched a few generic terms for the issue. I haven’t thought in that term for years. I also proposed making 9.0.4 a notable release, but I forgot to mention it was temporarily notable due to being the last currently supported version, and many who want to run classic Mac OS apps in their browser choose the latest, but those bug fixes would be nice for some people, but as most people wo
@mihaip uldnt benefit, I decided that yes, it was not needed. It was just because 9.0.4 was the last supported version, albeit not notable. Something you should put is a paragraph showing what is and is not in the scope of the project in CONTRUBUTING.MD. There is no documentation on what is or is not in the scope of this project.
@newlinersseries Infinite Mac is a project I do in my (very) limited spare time, and your contributions were noisy distractions that were becoming time consuming to respond to. Blocking perhaps is too harsh, but GitHub doesn't give me a lot of options.
@mihaip OK, I would prefer to be unblocked, and if I do get unblocked, I will keep my activity to a minimum.
