the creator of the open source Better TweetDeck, @Eramdam, has announced he will no longer be maintaining the tool.

huge loss for twitter's users, and twitter the company, even though twitter doesn't seem to realize it yet.

If you want to find me, I'll still be on Twitter but I'm also (more) active on Mastodon and Cohost these days. I might build something for Mastodon ;) Old issue body below:

@molly0xfff @Twitter Tweetdeck was always my goto UI for that platform - since it was a Flash app! BetterTweetDeck made it so much better. I would love to see them do something similar for Mastodon!

@molly0xfff this is so stupid. I’m excited to see more Mastodon apps come out, because they allow third party developers to make apps.
