@paris there’s actually a few small seattle-based mastodon instances, and a seattle matrix instance (another federated service!) run by the SeaGL community, too!

@paris Hello from the Eastside (Redmond). I'll have to chat with the misses on the schedule, but I'd be down. Moved out here about 5 years ago and still know basically no one and even fewer in the security industry

@paris That would work too actually, she's an executive in HR so ya never know. She might actually into it.
@paris Any chance there will be a different word for post, other than toot? To me it sounds like a 2-year old trying to say "tooth".
