I'm not sure yet whether I fully agree with this, but I thought it was an intriguing perspective
@reillypascal my feeling is that at this point there are too many uncertainties to predict how things will unfold with #bluesky
Sure there are some warning signs, but those may not matter in the end. Beside users themselves much depends on what other devs will do with #atproto and the open source code, not to mention regulation and the reaction of the centralized platforms
There is also the #wordpress / #wpengine "war" that shows the complex scenarios in a which business models can unravel.
