@vk2gpu Yeah, I feel that. I'm not exactly broken up about my job itself, but I'm quite sad about the game, and I'm very upset for my ICs.
The Wargaming shutdown was way worse. All things considered, this is a "better" layoff, I guess? Still, it really sucks no matter how you look at it.
@seanmiddleditch At this point we've both seen a few. I guess I'm a bit more desensitized now, but remember what it was like when I was more junior - which is a looooot of people I work with.
@seanmiddleditch There's a much better community now than in previous years to help people find new roles and such as well, which is a good thing to see. I went through a few rounds at a small barely known studio... Twitter was barely active then too.
