When I was 17 I knew a kid my age who was learning how to fix Leica cameras as a hobby. He convinced me to give him all the money I had in the world (from part time jobs and essay writing competitions). In return, I got a lifetime of fun and happiness. Not a bad deal.

@skinnylatte That is a wonderful story and introduction to photography. Leica's are a great camera. There are some great contests just for Leica photographers.

@skinnylatte Do you use a 50mm on that body? Heard there work well with the viewfinder on that body.

@daveshuken yeah that’s what i mostly use on it. I have a 50mm lens from the 60s as well
