Can we please stick with phone menus where I press touch tone buttons and I don't have to worry about systems being confused by my accent or inability to sufficiently emulate what an average person would say to a conversational interface?

I find it will often repeat the asking phrase, followed by touch tone options.
@arrjay I'm not sure which swears to use on the British ones.
@kajer @sabik @ryanc @arrjay I found that swearing in Polish tends to get me to the operator. I hate them with all my passion.
A family member runs phone operations for a large corporation. He absolutely loves them. Can't be persuaded how terrible they are to everyone actually involved.
He's never used one.
