@Techmeme I suspect the "lawyers" may be overstating the case somewhat.
TikTok is obviously spending a lot of money lobbying against the bill. TikTok's competitors are likely spending on the other side (though I'm not sure at the same level).
That makes it hard to cover reliably as you end up pulling quotes from "experts" who are implicitly or explicitly pushing an agenda.

- Judicial review of any action.
