My suggestion if you want the Fediverse to work, follow and favorite and boost the absolute hell out of people. It’s not about dopamine or clout chasing, it’s about letting people know they’re not just typing into a void.
Democracy Advocate @jsit Yes I have been doing this but have wondered if I was over boosting vs writing posts. I see many great posts on the Federated timeline and love to share them if interesting, unusual or fresh. Can one over boost?

Personally I fave a lot and boost a little, and aim to have my profile timeline no more than half boosts. I want my boosts to be *special*, but I'm happy to giving credit and thanks and high-5s all day long :)
