What is the best way to suggest a new #feature for #Mastodon?
It would be nice if we could do an 'exclude hashtag follow'. If, for example, I wanted to follow #Linux but I didn't want to see any posts that include #RedHat, I could exclude RedHat. I assume this would be best implemented at the Mastodon code level rather than the app level, but maybe not.
The "Suggest a feature"-button on https://joinmastodon.or/roadmap leads to their Github page, so that seems to be the preferred way. Not sure if there are others.
@DreamGryphon I took a look over there and found that the #feature to #exclude specific #hashtags already exists as 'filters'. It's not exactly easy to find, it's under Preferences. But I tested it out and it works pretty great.
