I finished #machining this last night. Three more to go. These have been challenging for me, requiring a lot of careful planning. They are destined to help hold the hatch in place in a submarine and are made from aluminum. They were too big for our lathes so I did them entirely on the mill.

I had it waterjetted from plate to an oversized crescent with ears that I used for workholding (sort of window machining).
