Hard to understand a ruling like this. By traditional interpretations of the Constitution, the President does not have the power to rewrite or ignore the laws passed by Congress. POTUS can't authorize DOGE to do what it has done. The Trump administration has been in nonstop violation of the Constitution since week 1.
